Shipping
Free shipping for all orders $399 or more. $9.95 flat rate shipping on all other orders. Our main shipping partner is UPS, but we also use USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground to ship within the lower 48 United States only (no foreign shipments) Many orders placed in the morning will ship by the end of the day. Overnight Shipping may be available and will be quoted by request.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
For smaller orders than can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping boxes, there is no additional charge. For orders than cannot fit into the flat rate boxes there may be an additional charge for shipping. We will reach out to you with a quote after you place your order, or, if you prefer, you can contact us ahead of placing an order to get a custom quote on shipping.
Shipping Outside of the USA
We ship only to addresses within the USA and the US Territories of Puerto Rico, UVI, Guam, and American Samoa. Please note that non-continental US addresses such as Hawaii, Alaska, PR, UVI, Guam and American Samoa may require additional shipping charges.
Returns
Have an item that needs to be returned? Contact us for instructions. email Michael orders@gomolight.com. Please note that products that have been opened and used may be subject to a 10% minimum restocking fee as we can no longer sell that item as new. Items that arrived damaged or defective may be returned at no charge; there is no restocking fee for damaged or defective items.
